Conference registration fee
The registration fee includes the Book of Abstracts and other conference package, coffee/tea, lunches, access to the lectures and poster sessions.
Early bird registration fee before 30th January 2017:
- Students - Local Participants (Tanzanian) TSh 50,000.00
- Others - Local Participants (Tanzanian) TSh 100,000.00
- Students - African Countries $50.00
- Students - Elsewhere $100.00
- Others - African Countries $100.00
- Others - Elsewhere $150.00
Registration fee will be increased with $50.00 after 30th January 2017
Hotel registration fee
- Peacock Hotel
- Single room per night $95.00
Single room per night $40.00
All hotel registration after 30th February 2017 needs to be taken care of by participants
Post-Conference activity registration (Optional)
Post-Conference activity registration fee is $ 200.00
The registration fee includes the transport to and from Mikumi National park, full body hotel and tour.
Registration for Mikumi National Park Tour is possible between 1st May 2016 and 30th February 2017
The following apply regarding cancellation due to the costs that DCGI commitee is incurred with organization.
Conference fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the conference.
Hotel fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation within 7 days prior to the conference.
Post Conference Tour fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation within 7 days prior to the conference.
Always include your name and affiliation with any payment.
